Welink MCS is hiring for an IT Solutions Delivery Manager in behalf of a client partner in the Toll Road and Operation Industry

Role & Responsibilities:
• Serves as the Project Management Officer leading all IT delivery projects for the group. He ensures that all deliveries are properly executed through PM methodology.
• Accountable for the Business Requirements Document, Business Analysis, and Process Improvement, through IT Solution Delivery
• Manages all Group-wide and Shared Services Initiatives and Projects that involves Technology and IT; e.g. HCMS Project, ERP Project, Big Data Initiative
• Over-all Accountable for all the new IT Solutions and Services being delivered by the Group such as Financial Solutions, HCMS, DMS, Business Intelligence, Shared Services Solutions (ESC, FMS, ...)
• Accountable for the Business Requirements Definition, Systems Design and Architecture, Project Management and Delivery, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement, through IT Solution Delivery
• Responsible for managing Program deliveries, directly managing project managers and/or scrum masters.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good engagement with internal BU Subsidiary IT groups in terms of Software Development, Project Management and Infrastructure Management.
Key Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Information Technology and or any similar discipline
• Has been in the similar position/responsibility for 3-5 years is ideal.
• Strong leadership skills and able to manage all phases involved in the project/development life cycle.
• Prior experiences in project management and meeting project timelines and deadlines.
• Ability to identify risks and be able to communicate to different stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Program Management Skills
• Project Management Certifications is a huge advantage
• High Level of Resiliency and Ability for Problem Solving / To Go Deep
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 7
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Product development, Management, Project management, Optimisation process, Problem Solving, Information technology
