1.1 Purpose
A Software Tester takes the technical lead in the integration of multiple modules/subsystem into one subsystem/complete system and testing their
functionalities. Integration is done on both functional level and on performance level of the key performance indicators of the system. Software tester
defines the optimal integration and test strategy to achieve this goal and takes part in execution of this strategy on one or more platforms. During
integration and introduction of the systems at the first customers, the Software tester will also take the lead in the analysis of complex system issues and in
the definition and testing of the solution for such issues.
Key Accountabilities
The key accountabilities of this role are:

Generate and execute test cases based on the required specifications.
Make sure our products operate according to required specifications.
Create, modify and manage requirements and processes.
Assist other test teams in their daily tasks.
Create and maintain test scripts and test plans / Knowledgeable in scripting simple tools to help automation become easier to use
API level tests, UI level tests, UI level tests
SQL/Database manipulation
Knows how to create non-brittle/semi-brittle UI tests
Advanced technical writer
Framework must be documented and easily understood by a non-technical resource (in case the running will be done by said resource)
