Your future duties and responsibilities: The objective of the activity is to ensure . The software compliance: no more usages than licences purchased and optimization: close monitoring of unused licences The IT Software Asset Manager will have in her/his scope of responsibility, to: . Understand the Group governance and rules for activity and ensure its deployment o Enforce the rules o Draft or contribute to draft any procedure or documentation for awareness purpose . Collect evidences of software usages o for Group inventories (Group contracts) o by launching local inventories . Collect evidences of purchase o Contracts and amendment or Purchase Order and related invoices o Maintenance payment . Be the first point of contact purchases when liaising with Group Procurement or any Group reseller . Follow up the action plans to ensure the software compliance or optimization: uninstallation, transfer or purchase o Liaise with the teams in charge and ensure to raise any alert on time to management . Update the related documentation: o Global follow up of usages versus purchases and maintenance payment o Actions plans o Documentation per software (metric, purchase rules, specificities and attention points) o Post inventories' summary Required qualifications to be successful in this role: PROFESSIONAL SKILLS . At least 12 years of experience in IT . Extensive experience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teams . Experience in Software Asset Management (at least 3 years) . Coordination skills and ability to respect a defined scope and time frame . ITIL certification SOFT SKILLS . Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive . Extremely organized with strong time-management skills . Capacity to take into account governance and regulatory constraints . Problem-solving skills . Results driven .
