Job Description
Major Incident Coordinators may perform one or more of the following:
To provide End to End support for incident and request management resolution.
Incident tracking of reassigned tickets
Incident, Request Management and Self-Service Tickets processing
Processing Customer Satisfaction responses
Monitoring Major Incident Coordinators mailbox
Handling Major Incident Coordinators hotline calls
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2 - 3 years working experience in a Technical Help Desk Environment providing 1st level phone support to a large customer base.
2 - 3 years working experience in customer services support.
Must be able to work independently.
Ability to handle escalations and produce quick responses/solutions.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Strong English (verbal and written) skills.
Typing skills essential
