Your future duties and responsibilities: As Project Manager, you will lead small-to-medium projects of moderate complexity. Typical project : fewer than 10 FTE OR Participates as a member of a project team for larger and more complex projects. The project manager is accountable for all management activities across the various workstreams. . Primary Responsibility will be to take the current program high-level objectives/tasks/targets/Deliverables and Formulate detailed project plans, resource requirements, budget estimates, and dashboard reports. . Specific responsibility for the Project Manager includes creating and maintaining weekly status reports, issues tracking, MOC approvals, weekly planning on a page, and monitoring any/all technical issues as well as reviewing work-stream status, key issues and blockers, dashboards, and handling any resource issues. . Analyzing existing technologies and data solutions to identify areas for improvement and work with product delivery teams to deploy enhancements to source trading applications such as Nucleus and Endur. . Work effectively with internal compliance teams such as IRM, Cyber Security, Architecture, and Transition to Support: Key Stakeholders such as DRB, & ARB to ensure adherence to Shell's project delivery framework. . Utilize internal PMO tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, SAM, Salesforce, and other tools to monitor and control budget, timelines, resourcing, accesses, and reporting across the programs/projects. . Deliver IT solutions that Enable the Gas & Power and New Energies businesses to accommodate fast-moving requirements. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 10 years of corporate IT experience. 5 Plus years of Project Management experience. . Must have experience in Energy Trading Domain, Endur application knowledge, Data Analytics knowledge . PMP certification is a must . Solid knowledge of a recognized PDF and the PM Toolkit .
