IT Security analystCebu Mitsumi, Inc.

We are looking for IT Security Analysts who will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating security risks, monitoring network activity, and implementing measures to protect against cyber threats.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, responding promptly to identify and mitigate potential threats
Configure and manage security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions
Investigate and respond to security incidents, conducting forensic analysis and providing incident reports
Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and best practices across the organization
Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Security Analyst or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies
Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint protection
Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
