Job Description:
VirtualStaff365 is an outsourcing business, recruiting and managing quality candidates for our Australian clients. All candidates are working remotely, and reside predominantly in the Philippines, but not exclusively.
As a fast growing business in a fast growing sector, we're seeking to take on a Recruitment Specialist, to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant
Strong understanding of technical terminology in IT
Experience working on Software Development roles, Infrastructure roles, IT Security roles, Networking roles
Experience in full life-cycle candidate exploration, from sourcing/attraction, interviewing, screening, hiring and on-boarding
Advantageous to have experience with LI Recruiter and other industry tools
Experience in Recruitment within complex, fast paced, high volume industries/companies.
Experience in a 360 degree / full-lifecycle, research or a pure sourcing role
Experience in stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand your field in-depth and deliver
Well versed in full lifecycle recruitment - management of blended candidate attraction methods, candidate experience and assessment.
Be responsible for stakeholder relationship management and client/candidate satisfaction and experience.
Where applicable get involved with hiring across all of our recruitment verticals
Excellent communication skills
Excellent email and punctuation skills
Strong negotiation skills face to face
Previous experience with offshore recruitment
Account Management of existing and new IT clients
Impeccable database management, thorough administration skills
Able to work alone effectively, and in a team
Excellent working PC/Laptop
Reliable DSL/Fiber internet connection (Speed should be at least 20Mbps for download and 10Mbps for upload)
