Job purpose
We are seeking a candidate to improve our logistics and purchasing team. The ideal candidate should have ample experience in dealing with IT-related procurement and be able to provide internal and external user support in this key area.
 
Duties and responsibilities
● In-charge in purchasing of IT-related equipment, software and applications, licenses, and other requests
● Continuously update the Inventory Management System on a daily basis and keep track of our logistics as a whole
● Develop and establish strategic processes related to logistics and purchasing and perform continuous improvement
● Work closely with requests and direct managers to provide user support and updates
● Other duties as needed
 
Qualifications
● BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
● At least 2 years prior experience in handling logistics and purchasing
● Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
● Solid understanding in the procurement process
● Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent analytical ability
● A background on inventory management system, logistics applications, and ticketing system
● Strong background in IT logistics and purchasing
Working conditions
 
This role is a full time salaried position and works remotely from home.
 
The Logistics Lead will work one of three shift schedules below five days per week:
6am- 2pm
2pm- 10pm
10pm- 6am*
