REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Strong Project Management toolset: Scrum/Sprint process, Budget Management, Project Planning, Statement of Work development
- Familiarity with web development technologies
- Knowledge of Software/Web Application Quality Assurance
- Experience with project management software and understand the capabilities of HTML/CSS and Flash
- Client management (both internal and external) on scope and delivery
- Experience delivering digital products, including responsive websites, digital campaign components (promotions, contests, banners, CRM) and social media content
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations
