Minimum Qualifications and Experience
-1-2 years of experience and background in Project Coordination / Project Management
-Plus if with experience and understanding of IT/Software processes
Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, Business Management, or any equivalent course
-Able to work using Agile/Scrum methodology
-Strong analytical and planning skills
-Good presentation skills
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
-Excellent organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
-Highly proficient in using computers and MS Office
-Can work effectively both independently and in a team
-Strong leadership capabilities
-Open to flexible schedule and render overtime when necessary
-Willing to travel to different client sites.
Job Description:
-Plans, monitors and manages IT/software development projects.
-Works with project teams and senior management to achieve project objectives.
-Supervises, consults, and regularly conducts project evaluation with a team of programmers.
-Monitors the project from project kickoff through delivery while ensuring consistency with overall strategy, schedule, commitments and goals. 
-Responsible for the client, team coordination and project completion.
-Manages and controls project risks and issues.
-Sets sprints/milestones, monitors progress of the projects, and manages deadlines.
-Conducts process review and prepares presentations/reports for clients and upper management.
-Ensures customers' satisfaction from project kickoff until project closure.
-Oversees all aspects of projects.
