As an IT Project Manager, you will be managing the delivery team to ensure the agreed Service Level Agreement and overall customer satisfaction is being met. Also, manage the development and deployment of projects within timeline and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery team to ensure agreed Service Level Agreement and overall customer satisfaction is being met
Management of development and deployment of projects within timeline and budget.
Overseeing delivery/production issues through to resolution and closure.
Provide timely and accurate project/ production reporting.
Coordinate recovery activities for major incidents
Ensure compliance to delivery and production processes and procedure, initiate continuous improvement initiatives
Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and production support documents
Lead the planning and implementation of banking projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation (conduct interviews for your team)
Plan and schedule project timelines
Conduct meetings with Banks (need to communicate with Banks on every stages, UAT,SITetc)
Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 8 years in the IT industry
At least 5 years in a project management capacity managing a team of more than 5 people
Good knowledge of Java, J2EE, object-oriented technologies and implementation will be an added advantage
Able to demonstrate leadership and have successfully managed a project from start to finish
Ability to manage time, cost and quality
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Experience in banking projects will be added advantage
Strong customer relations and ability to interact with IT and users at all levels
Ability to demonstrate leadership and problem ownership qualities
Initiative to work with the team members to resolve roadblocks and always take the extra mile to ensure the success
Good negotiation skills with internal team and customers
Strong sense of ownership to drive customer satisfaction and generate CR revenue
Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:
PMP certification
Knowledge of Internet Banking, or Loans and Credit Risks
