Description
Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related course
At least three to four years' experience as a project manager or any role like Business analyst (at
least have an idea how to handle a project)
Responsibilities
Provide project leadership from inception all the way through turnover by designing, tasking, and monitoring activities for time, resource-requirement and quality compliance
Oversee and manage the product, and systems architecting teams for output and performance
Provide advice to business development team on product development and customization during project pitching and selling activities
Assist the business development team in project scoping and definition during pitching
Oversee the creation of business, and software requirements specifications during project planning and inception
Create and develop project timelines and work breakdown documentation
Prepare and monitor client sign-off with regards to project requirements and documentation
Work closely with development leads and team members to design detailed work breakdown, activities and task for the project life cycle
Validate, report, and update project timeline and work breakdown requirements with clients on a regular basis
Report and update management and the development team of the status of project activities on a regular basis
Organize and schedule regular project governance meetings with development team
members and client representatives for issue management and resolution
Liaise with client representatives by providing schedule bulletins in coordination with the software development team on change requests during development and incident reports identified during testing
Coordinate client sign-off and turnover of project
Provide timeline and work breakdown requirements for support issues and change requests
Monitor deployment for support issues and change requests
Regularly provide a snapshot view and status reports of all project activities
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
