Our doors are open to welcome teammates who can live up to what it takes to be part of our growing team! We are looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER who will be responsible for managing all IT projects (development, testing and delivery of technical product).
 
As an IT Project Manager, your responsibilities will include the ff: 
Managing all IT projects (development, testing and delivery of technical product).
Managing daily activities of development personnel.
Reporting on projects to company leadership
Creating project plans - including dependencies and resource planning
Managing project activities, timelines, risks, issues
Analyze business requirements or product development artifacts and convert those to scope and technical requirements.
Document SoW(scope-of-work) and software / systems architecture
Ensure that technical challenges are understood by the project team and technical debts are kept to the minimum
Define and set software development best practices
Perform and evangelize code reviews
Design database deployments and how they operate in production
Design application deployments to various environments (development, staging, production)
Design highly available and highly scalable systems
Clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms
Document use cases, solutions and recommendations
Help program and project managers in the design, planning and governance of implementing projects of any kind
Directly responsible individual for the software architecture and release management of mobile application development teams they are part of
Key person to define training requirements across the company. Help, coach and mentor other technical team members.
 
Qualifications for the role: 
BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS IT, BS Electronics & Communications Engineering or Electronics Engineering degree or any related course.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
IT Infrastructure and Operations experience/skills.
Handled Network related projects.
Has managed and deployed transformation projects.
Experience in Software Development.
Knowledgeable with AWS, server management
Familiarity with APIs, REST architecture, JSON
In-depth experience with the Agile development process, Freshdesk or other ticketing and project management system
Working knowledge of PHP, Javascript, Python is a plus
Preferably with experience with web-scraping
Strong leadership skills and can impose accountability within team members
