Creates the Project Implementation Plan (schedules / activities).
Consolidates MOP from engineering groups for the man-hours required to complete a task.
Consolidates and reviews Scope of Work (SOW) and finalize together with the AM.
Document Implementation Strategies.
Inputs from various groups would be considered such as
Creates the table of organization and list the functions of each member.
Consolidates the test and acceptance plans (if required only).
Project Implementation
Requests HelpDesk for Project Case ID Number using IRF and includes the BOM.
Facilitates the internal kick-off meeting.
Starts the Project Initiation Phase by scheduling and reserving venue for an internal kick-off with all the TTI stakeholders of the project: AM, PSM, SE/SA and TE as well as the External Contractors when required in the project.
Manages the kick-off meeting and creates the Minutes of the Meeting (MOM).
Creates Project Management Plan.
Writes the initial draft of the Project Management Plan.
Consolidates information from the other groups to complete the PMP.
Discusses and review the submitted Scope of Work.
Arranges Manpower Requirements - with the Technical Manager; with sub-contractors in coordination with PSM; and with HR for contractual requirements (i.e. TTSMI, TSI, etc). This is to support the Human Resource Management Plan.
Collects all of the relevant information from the project team that is needed to create the Project Management Plan (PMP).
Discusses with the AM for budget requirements.
Collates technical reports and documentations from the implementation group - survey reports, test results, as-built plans.
Validates the delivery status of the equipment with the AM.
Organizes the kick-off meeting.
Schedules and finalizes with the client the kick-off meeting.
The complete TTI project team will also be attending and is composed of the AM, PM, PSM, SE/SA and TE as well as the External Contractors (when required).
Manages the kick-off meeting and creates the Minutes of the Meeting (MOM).
Makes a formal presentation of the Project Management Plan to the customer.
Creates the PMP based on the agreed presentation standard template.
Sends the kick-off presentation material to the TTI team for review.
Makes the formal presentation to the client
A. Minimum Education
A graduate of any 4-year IT related courses:
· BS in Electronics Engineering
· BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering
· BS in Information Technology
· BS in Computer Engineering
BS in Industrial Engineering
B. Minimum Experience/Training
Has leadership abilities
Willing to learn and adopt any work environment
Strong coordination and communication skills
Can communicate effectively both oral and written
Proficient in Computer applications (MS Office software)
Team player and with good interpersonal/ coordination skills
Pleasing personality
Experience in managing IT Infrastructure related projects
Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
