As a Mall IT Support, you will be responsible in handling the following responsibilities:
• Administer the compliance of Percentage-Paying Merchants sales monitoring requirements
• Administer all Point of Sales (POS) Applications and connections
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of POS reports for submission to Ayala Malls Group Compliance Team and Mall Operations
• Support merchants' POS related concerns, Supervision/Administration of POS IT Equipment
• Prepare budget for IT requirements
• Provide helpdesk support for corporate users
• Supervision/Administration of Mall Corporate IT Equipment and coordination with Ayala Malls Group IT
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in POS and hardware troubleshooting is preferred
• With good communication skill and able to multitask.
