People Leader Role: Yes Key Accountabilities: Individual Accountabilities: Role will include as the Primary Japan Security Focal which includes monitoring messages directed to the GAM Japan Support Team until an official role can be delegated to the team Interim support analyst for cases of assistance needed due to support analyst attrition Effectively partner with the Senior IT People Leader/IS Operations Manager to formulate tactical and strategic plans to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements with the business unit. Facilitation on Incident Management Ensure team documentations (SLA, SOP, Operational Management, etc.) are up to date and meets the standard set by the company Responsible for executing technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders; developing analysis to support process and project improvements Facilitation and problem solving Leadership and coaching skills to build High Performing teams Works with teams to drive issue resolution Regional variations: resource management, recruiting, hiring, workforce planning, contractor engagement, etc. Coordinates across stakeholders to resolve moderately complex issues Executes on resource planning, assists with management activities Coaches teams as needed Positive impact to assigned team Contributes to the success of a team Enables team to operate well and deliver outcomes Is accountable for working across teams and across groups to streamline processes and resolve issues Provides coaching for analyst to increase engagement and drive productivity Resource manages project and program resource needs sourcing talent from internal, external and contractors as needed Coordinates vendor onboarding as needed to support the teams Provides team lead and team coaching as required and works across teams to allocate resources for best outcome Collaborates across teams and leaders to drive project outcomes Specifies and effectively communicates desired outcomes for current and future projects Supports career development activities Support / Drive diversity and inclusion in the team Be a supporter / enabler in new ways of working including Agile methodology and ITIL v4 practices as appropriate Support / Create environment for continuous learning to cater team s agility for current and future needs Any additional responsibilities or functions that will be provided by the Enterprise Technology & Services Function and or MBPS Management Team as deemed necessary in the course of the business operations.
