The IT Operations Specialist I Role
Technology Monitoring Engineer will support the Fluor enterprise monitoring platform. This role will contribute to strategy and design for the enterprise monitoring, the position is responsible for ensuring the Multiplan technology environments are monitored in real time for issues affecting production service level agreements (SLA's). RPA Administrator will provide support the Fluor enterprise Automation Anywhere platform. Resource will handle routinary/operational tasks and checks for Automation anywhere tool.

Basic Job Requirements
Accredited four (4) year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, other IT courses or global equivalent in applicable field of study and more than five (5) years of work-related experience in IT, BPO and Business Services or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in English that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related certification : PRTG, RPA tools, technology monitoring.
Ability to learn and apply excellent communication and IT support coordination skills, high analytical thinking, change management skills.
Ability to use RPA tools, PRTG and other Technology Monitoring applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Accredited degree or global equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related technical discipline
May require Certified Network Engineer (CNE or CNE/NT) or Certified Network Administrator (CNA) credentials or other applicable certifications
Five (5) years related experience in technical services for hardware/software engineering and/or production support of Information Technology (IT) services
Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
Demonstrated strong technical and non-technical communication skills, both oral and written
Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills
