We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Officer to ensure smooth technical operations across our hotel and elevate our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hardware and software maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of all IT systems.
Handle cabling and network infrastructure to maintain seamless connectivity.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the hotel's CCTV system for security assurance.
Manage and develop the hotel's website to enhance user experience and functionality.
Implement IT security measures to protect hotel data and systems.
Optimize website content and performance through SEO techniques (background in SEO is a plus).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cabling and network systems such as WI-FI management.
Hands-on experience with CCTV operation and maintenance.
Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and development tools.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
SEO expertise is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
