IT OFFICER
Location: Mandaue City, Cebu
Salary Range: 20,000-25,000
Time of Work: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Rest Day Schedule: Shifting
Job Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
Provide support for various operating systems, applications, and devices.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
Work with other IT team members to implement new technologies and solutions.
Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
Open to do fieldwork
