PURPOSE
 
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of servers, repair and installation of computers (software & hardware) and other related equipment.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install or repair computers, projector with standardized applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems that develop in be resorts operations.
Respond to user questions and explain the operation of network applications and equipment.
Install and configure local area data communications networks which may carry data, voice and video communications following be resorts standards.
Install, operate and maintain network services, routers, switches, modems, and other network devices following technical plans.
Resolve network communications problems to ensure user's access to their account.
Assist in the maintenance of standards and documentation.
Maintain hardware and software, including scanners, copiers, printers
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Information Technology graduate
At least two (2) years' experience as IT Staff
Knowledgeable in CISCO and net gear wireless routers
Experience in FIESTA HMS is an advantage
Good in time management and planning ability
A team player and good in interacting with other  personnel
Knowledge in Audio/Video system and  maintenance is an advantage
