JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions. Provides support for difficult and complex system environments. Provides support, assistance and training to users.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Knowledge of Business Process in the area of Human Resources / Organization Management/ Administration
• 3-5 years domain experience in HR portfolio is plus
• Experience in facilitating Pre and Post Go Live Implementation and Support
• Personnel Calculation Rule
• Flexibility in working independently or in a team
• Facilitates UAT (User Acceptance Training)
• Should be customer oriented
