IT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
 
Technical Qualifications
Attainment of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience of 1 to 2 years or more in a Network Support role or IT System Administration.
With experience in Network Router & Switches Management and Repair.
IT-related certifications are an advantage 
Proficient understanding and skill set in various software, hardware, and applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
Install and configure software and computer systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
To assist colleagues or clients in resolving technical issues, and walk them through the processes.
Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Examine data and logs for underlying patterns and potential problems.
Assist in the implementation of new apps or solutions.
Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
Perform other related duties as applicable 
Work Environment 
The schedule varies between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a 1-hour break from Monday to Friday. 
Days off are scheduled for every Saturday and Sunday.
On-site daily reporting at the RKESI Cebu Office.  (Unit 904 9th Flr Flb Corporate Center Bohol St., Cebu Business Park, Camputhaw (Pob.) 6000 Cebu City (Capital) Cebu Philippines)
