Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMBudget: 150,000 - 180,000Job SummaryThe IT Manager will oversee the organizations technology infrastructure, systems, and applications, ensuring they effectively support business operations. This role will lead IT transformation initiatives, modernize legacy systems, and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency, security, and business growth. The IT Manager will also collaborate closely with business leaders to align IT strategies with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and helpdesk support.
Lead digital transformation initiatives (e.g., migration to cloud, process automation, system integration).
Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Oversee hardware and software procurement, vendor management, and IT budget.
Monitor and maintain data security, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff.
Partner with other departments to identify process improvements and technology-driven solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 57 years of experience in IT management or related leadership role.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
Proven experience in digital transformation projects (e.g., ERP, cloud migration, automation tools).
Solid understanding of ITIL framework and project management methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
