IT MANAGER (CEBU-ONSITE)
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and applications. 
Develops and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. 
Leads and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. 
Ensures the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing measures to protect against cyber threats. 
Collaborates with other departments to identify business needs and provide IT solutions that meet those requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in managing IT operations, with a focus on SAP systems. 
Strong programming skills, with knowledge in AI automation. 
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and risk management. 
Excellent leadership and communication abilities. 
Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the IT field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Can work on-site, Cebu-based, willing to travel to Manila offices
