Work Experience
At least five to six (5-6 )years experience in software development and network system administrator with complex roles that managers IT team (software and hardware). Knowledge in SQL Database C# language and ASP. net framework.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Managing information technology, company systems software, computing infrastructure, network intranet and internet that will mitigate potential risk and downtime.
- Controlling, evaluating and improving IT and electronic data operations, network and internet uptime, data and application software, and hardware innovations.
- Design, develop, implement and improve systems software, policies and procedures that will increase efficiency and service and cost-effectiveness.
- Review systems performance and written system source-code that will streamline computing systems and programs.
-Ensure security of data and information, network access and backup systems keeping highly-sensitive client data confidential.
-Support users in system testing, implementation and training
-Ensure system requirements traceability from design to solution.
-Assist the programmers with creation, update tuning and testing of programs, user, guides, operation guides, training and communications.
- Handle manual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
-Manage IT staff through training, coaching and communicating job expectations.

-Knowledge if technical Management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
-Data center management and data governance.
-Computer network, network administration and network installation
-Knowledge of IT policies, regulations and best practices.
-Understanding of programming and digital security.
-Understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
-strong problem-solving , critical thinking and decision-making skills.
-Advanced leadership and good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening.
-Project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization.
