What is your mission?
You are required to perform these job functions:
Handles IT Infrastructure and devices i.e network, telephony, servers, personal computers, printers and all IT related applications and tools including mobility solutions
Manage deliverables and timeline of the team
Provides performance feedback and plans for development and training
Be accountable for Incident, Problem, and Escalation management for defined set of customers
Prioritize work and maintain a high level of professionalism in a highly dynamic work environment
Monitor, control, and support workflows to ensure timely response to and resolution of tickets
Coach and develop IT associates to achieve professional objectives
Interact with partners/clients to align and deliver on objectives
Promote the customer service ethic to maintain a high degree of customer service
Ensure use of the Knowledge Base for authoring and searching
Serve as an escalation point for the domain’s related incidents ensuring customer satisfaction, quick and sound resolution
Monitor and ensure the KPI’s and SLA’s are abiding by through regular reviews with partners and vendors and hold accountable discussions on result driven data
Manages all IT Governance, Risks and compliance related work projects with impacts to any area within the Information Technology (IT) Division
Proactively review surrounding projects for stakeholders and identify resource strain and dependency clusters, follow up on outstanding issues, and assist with issue identification and replication
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Must be a graduate of any IT/Engineering related course
Minimum 6 years experience in an IT environment with an emphasis on Service Delivery
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with various audiences; mature, confident, assertive communication style
Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues
High levels of patience and calm under pressure to facilitate technician coaching and training
Enjoy working independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Highly motivated individual and a proactive learner
Validated ability to work in a team environment
ITIL Certification is a plus
