[Requirements (required):
- Conversational proficiency in Japanese (N3 - N2)
- Bachelor's degree graduate (preferably IT or computer related courses)
- Preferably someone who has IT, Software Engineer, Computer, System Engineer related experiences
Requirements (recommended):
- Experiences to handle Filipino subordinates as a manager
- Knowledgeable about upper process
- 5 years Experience of development with Experience of PHP, Java
- Knowledgeable about My SQL
- Knowledgeable about git
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the Japan branch to develop system
- Manage Filipino engineers
- Handle projects from Japan team
- Understand needs and requirements from JP team, and inform Filipino staff of the details in English
- Monitor the status of projects and deadline
- Ensure that the products meet customers' criteria

Knowledge: Microsoft Access
