Job Description
Notebook - installing, configuring, and maintaining which are bought for service
Providing technical assistance and support related to the services of home electronics equipment.
Coordinate with Brand on live issues or routine maintenance and ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Knowledge in working for a supplier software application
Respond with agreed time limits. Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
Requires a blend of technical knowledge of LAPTOPS and exceptional customer service skills
Additional Information:
Experience in technical support or customer service, preferable in the Laptop service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable manner
Organizational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
