What You Will Do:
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Help with the configuration and management of IT devices.
Help in IT project planning and execution.
Other Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Assist in the documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Adhere to company policies and security guidelines.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of hardware and software resources.
Support IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance activities.
About You
Enthusiastic and passionate about technology and IT.
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in an IT-related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferably familiarity with scripting languages, operating systems, and networking concepts is a plus.
What You Bring:
Relevant coursework or experience in IT-related areas.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as bash and python.
Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS.
Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Good time management and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
