Influences stakeholders in adopting analyses/outcomes. Actively educates individuals and teams on IM compliance requirements. Liaises with the business and developers internally and externally to deliver Information Management solutions. Compares market standard solutions with in-house developed or legacy solutions and regularly provides consultation to the business. Work activities and advice have strong influence on a wider set of processes and disciplines. Active in designing fit-for-purpose Information Management solutions and having responsibility for the solution. Complies with IM standards, manual, data privacy and other IM-related laws and regulations within their respective business and active in coaching others to comply. Responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver value to the business through both the implementation of Information Management solutions and the harvesting of existing Information Management assets, enabling the achievements of business strategy, value drivers and KPIs. Ensures that business Information requirements (as dictated by business processes) are fulfilled. Works independently under broad managerial supervision. This role is based in Houston, Texas. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Responsible for the definition and agreement of the IM Plan for a segment of the business (LOB, TD, COB, Project/Programme) in alignment with key stakeholders within the business and business IT. . Responsible for the delivery of the Information Management plan of a segment of the business (LOB, TD, COB, Project/Programme). . Delivers IM capability for/across Enterprise Information Management platforms within the reporting line and for staff development of both direct/indirect reports. . Optimize I&D and info service resource utilization through managing the pool of staff and contractor resources including managing operational supplier relationships. . Support building strong partnerships with external organizations within the remit of Enterprise I&D. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: . Member has to develop partnership, governance and delivery model structure with each of the businesses. . Proven ability to handle a broad set of IT Delivery, Support, Architecture and Strategy leaders and stakeholder. . Experience in managing the risks around complex change projects (e.g. integration, data, change). . Ability to lead and drive business simplification journeys - in partnership with the business interface team. . Expert in Information Management. . Experience in Business Change Management. . Experience in Business Partnering. . Experience in Data & Analytics. . Experience in Information Risk Management. . Experience in Programme and Project Mgmt. . Experience in working with unstructured data sets. . Knowledge in Talent & Skill Pool Management. . Knowledge in Human Centered Design. . Working knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI. . Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience in information/records/data management or information/data governance. . Certification as Information Management Professional (CIP). .
