You will troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues while ensuring excellent service delivery and user satisfaction.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or Service Desk role
IT, Computer Science, or related field background preferred
Cloud experience (AWS, Microsoft Cloud, Google Cloud, etc.)
Linux/Ubuntu knowledge
Microsoft 365 administration experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users
Experience with IT service management and ticketing tools
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
