MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for IT Helpdesk!
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
General Description: The IT Helpdesk is responsible for technical service support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving technical service issues with end customers, providing troubleshooting support and identifying solutions.
Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses): Negotiable (Starts at 19,000/month)
Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat or email
Work on assigned emails on issues received via email
Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the clients
Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed
Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests
Requirements:
6 months work experience in IT
Preferably a graduate of IT related courses: IT, CompSci, Computer Eng'g graduates, ECE, IE
Undergrads also accepted but must have extensive IT/Technical background and experience
Knows basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Must be knowledgeable to Windows OS and Servers
Have idea on server remote environment and set ups
Flexible on switching working hours
Must PREFER to work in graveyard shift
Easy going and independent
Can work with lesser lesser supervision
Experience is BPO industry is a great advantage especially if having experience working in technical support field * Willing to work onsite
Willing to relocate to Cebu
Good command of the English Language
