Your role
You will be the first point of contact for our organization's employees and clients seeking technical assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt, effective, and courteous technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our IT systems and services.
Qualifications
Required:
● Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related technical fields
● Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
● Basic understanding of operating systems and common software applications
● Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
● Ability to learn quickly, adapt new technologies, and work effectively in a team
● Relevant certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus
