Title: IT OFFICER
Position: Full Time - On site
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide internal customers technical support through timely resolution of open Help desk support tickets in the system.
Ensures that all Systems and Network related requests and concerns are properly addressed on a timely manner.
Properly assigns open/new Helpdesk Ticket to specific IT/Escalation Teams.
Coordinates with Site IT and ensures that all escalated Helpdesk tickets are resolved.
Coordinates with internal customers and provides timely updates about developments of any reported Technical (IT) issue.
Performs other IT related functions that may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any IT related course.
Applicant must have least 1 year experience in the same field.
Willing to work on site and on a graveyard shift.
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
