Qualifications
Graduate in Information Technology or any 4-5 year computer related course
With at least 5-7 years of overall working experience of which a minimum of 3 years working experience in IT or Telecommunication
With at least 3-5 years strong work experience in ERP and financials Systems
Solid experience in business analysis, documentation and preparation of detailed functional and system requirements specification documents; data requirements and flow, functional and non-functional requirements
At least 3 years experience in IT Transformation, ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, and Scrum Methodology
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
(BUSINESS ASSURANCE)
Business Analysis
Acts as a liaison between departmental champions, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Information Technology team
Collaborates with different departments to get functional and technical requirements while ensuring it is of good quality and are analyzed and managed appropriately
Communicates business and technical requirements with vendors to come up with an acceptable and working solution, if applicable
Responsible for the creation, distribution and baseline approval of detailed specifications such as Business User Requirement (BUR), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)/User Stories and System Integration Diagram (SID) are kept up to date, as the detail expands and evolves
Business Process Architecture
Identifies processes that are feasible for automation with recommendations for benefits and savings
Documents process maps and WI incorporating best practices
Responsible for cascading new policies and procedures
Domain Expert
Act as product expert for ERP/Financials by ensuring that all functionalities, processes, policies, reports, and inter dependencies to other applications are managed
(BUSINESS DEMAND)
Stakeholder Management
Build, maintain and enhance a solid relationship with the internal stakeholders in the business unit/ division with a focus on optimizing the transformation benefits by mapping the requirements closest to the out of the box capabilities for the ERP/Financial solution
Serves as the communication arm of ERP/Financials Change Management by ensuring that the organization is informed and ready for whatever change that may happen once the new solution is implemented
Develop & Execute special communication materials supporting work stream activities
(AGILE EXECUTION)
Testing Support
Prepares ERP/Financials test cases based on the detailed specifications such as Business User Requirement (BUR), and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)/User stories
Works with the business users in the preparation of ERP/Financials test scenario's and assists during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution
Training Support
Conduct ERF/Financial Traning Needs Analysis (TNA), and leads in Train the Trainer (T3) execution
Creates training materials in coordination with the business center unit SPOC
Coordinates training requirements and activities with vendors, as needed
Business Readiness
Assist on ERP/Financials cut-over activities with the department champions, SMEs and vendor partner, if applicable
Identifies the operational impact of cut over & develop & execute BCP to address business impact
Assist on the monitoring of cut over GO/NO GO criteria and present recommendation
Works with vendor in the resolution of issues during the agreed stabilization period
Declares system is stable & recommends project closure
