We are currently hiring Full-time IT ENGINEERS whose primary function is to monitor and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems used on-site.
 
Responsibilities include:
-Collaboration with the offsite IT Director
-Hardware and software inventory and maintenance
-Network, hardware and software troubleshooting
 
with the following qualifications:
-Of legal working age and eligible to work in the Philippines
-At least an Information Technology undergraduate or equivalent work experience in IT, mainly in computer hardware maintenance
-Above average troubleshooting skills in applicable operating system with the capacity to identify if issue is hardware or software related.
-Mastery in maintenance and repair of Laptops
-Understanding of LAN & WAN Connectivity & Maintenance is an advantage but not a requirement
-Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule, weekends, holidays and night shift
-Can adequately communicate in English and Filipino
