Main scope of responsibilities:
Support local business applications: analysis and resolution of technical problems
Maintainlocal applications documentation and knowledgebase
Participate and support IS&T Business Partner in applications related projects
Work with Central IS&T and partners to resolve technical issues, provide input for projects
Support IS&T Operations leader asneed on Infrastructure related activities
Comptencies&Experience
Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
Ability tomanagemultiple projects simultaneously
Ability to integrate as a cross-functional, team player in a fast-paced environment where all information is shared.
Excellent communications and interpersonalskills
Knowledge of English language is a must
Strong knowledge of
Project Management principles
Current cloud based technologies from Microsoft stack
ITIL principles
ITSM ticketing tools ServiceNow, Remedy or any equivalent
Current cloud based technologies from Microsoft stack
Experience withserver and networkingtechnologies
