Mission
The ideal candidate is responsible to work as part of an HQ IT Team, individuals in this position will provide IT services, Asset Lifecycle management (ALM), handling IT related issues and requests, Audio Visual/ Video Conferencing, and Procurement.
As an IT Engineer, Singapore your key objectives will be to...
Develop and maintain productive and professional relationship with user base.
Provide strong service-oriented support to end users
Build and deploy new laptops using standard deployment tools
Creating accounts for new hires
Performs set-ups, break-downs, and transports of equipment, such as monitors and desks on an as-needed basis for new and existing end users
Deploy and support software to end users
Manage the repair and maintenance of Monitors, MAC OS, Windows
Troubleshoot computer software and hardware for end users, and office printers
Ordering of computers, monitors, peripherals
Inventory and audit all high-value assets, ensuring we always have accurate information about our assets
Perform disposal related tasks associated with retired and tech refresh hardware assets
Cross functional collaboration with both internal and external teams to verify and confirm details pertaining to asset definition, accuracy of orders, quotes, pricing, and asset tagging requirements
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to learn and cross train with other IT staff members required

2+ years of experience in IT support roles
Basic networking skills, including an understanding of switches, WiFi, etc.
Asset Lifecycle Management or Logistics background
Ability to handle a number of simultaneous projects while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive an overall program to completion
Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities
A positive, service-oriented attitude
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to take ownership and an out-of-the box thinker.
Ability to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with a can-do attitude.
Good problem-solving skills.
