The IT Engineer employee shall be tasked to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of PBG (based on respective location on duty). Task can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or on site support for users. The IT Engineer employee will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
College Graduate.
Knowledge in System and Network is a big advantage .
Must be willing to be designated in Aqua Planet and also other divisions through a rotational basis .
