Responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure of VSS; Directs the effective delivery of networks, development and disaster recovery systems and processes; Directly reports to the CEO of VSS. Responsibilities : Lead in providing solutions to phone systems, IT applications and networks; Lead in VSS' Nexus account development, reporting and analytics; Ensures strategic capacity planning; Manages all of the IT Department; Determines business requirements for IT systems; Identifies and eliminates security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions that increase data security; Coordinates activities to ensure data availability and network services with as little downtime as necessary; Initiate, plan and execute VSS Technology Roadmap; Other duties as assigned by the CEO of VSS. Qualifications: Has strong BPO work experience; Has bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business Management; Has a strong background in IT security, systems and network; Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
