Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in IT Development.
Practical knowledge and implementation experience of MS Dynamics 365 (Sales Professional and Business Central)
CRM Implementation experience
. • Experience in Mobile app development such as Data collection app.
Extensive knowledge of trouble shooting of operating systems (Windows and iOS)
Understanding of IT security needs and procedures.
Have a strong understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) query data base and working with MS SQL Server. • Having experience in Cloud hosting in Azure is preferable.
Experience in .Net technologies.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Can work unsupervised and have an ambition to become a Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility to manage and implement MS Dynamics modules as required.
Research IT solutions to meet the business needs and present to management
Develop, present and manage budget forecasts and variations for new IT projects
Coordinate user requirements and create implementation plans
Develop training material for new users to be trained in using new systems.
Provide support and remedial actions during implementation.
Perform as back-up support on entire workflow systems
Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions and major changes to support regional infrastructure.
Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions
Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed
Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment
Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
