About the Team:
The Material Operations Team is part of the Intelligent Data Management organization in IES. We play a vital role in delivering trusted data to the business through giving data purpose, establishing data standards with the business process owner, and ensuring that data flows are managed across the entire SAP process and system landscape. This is the foundation on which the team operates.
It is a global and diverse team consisting of License & Service materials experts, located in Czech Republic, Argentina, Germany, USA, and Philippines.
Summary & Role Information:
We seek a Global Data Operations senior specialist responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of corporate data focused on the products. The individual is responsible for responding to requests from our lines of business in field and Backoffice concerning product data topics, resolving potential issues, and ensuring availability of high-quality Meta-data.
Expectations and tasks:
Act as the single point of contact for our stakeholders to drive them through success.
Drive Global material operations running projects, and report on progress.
Drive Data integrity to support all LOBs materials.
Enable the field on Solutions usage when quotations materials are blocked.
Troubleshoot and Identify solutions data issues and propose solutions.
Check materials lifecycle, and research if the Field are allowed to sell the solutions.
Research and provide guidance for renewals quotations upon request, to achieve a compliant BOM.
Work closely with ISP, CRM, Harmony, SSF, and PLAs guidelines.
Work closely with governance team, to enable business continuity.
Regularly performs checks and audits of data to ensure data is accurate and complete and takes corrective steps.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience in deals Operations, commercialization, Deal desk, O2I, or data management is preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
Ability to self-organize and prioritize.
SAP CRM and ISP systems experience preferred.
Proficiency in English.
