REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Graduate of Information Technology, computer science or 2 year course in computer technician
• Minimum of 3 years technical support experience
• Desktop assembly, installation of hardware and software systems.
• Knowledgeable in cPanel administration
• Experience in structured cabling/ LAN cabling
• Knowledgeable in LAN/ Internet connectivity
• Previous experience with outlook, webmail and other business productivity application
• With experience in CCTV installation and management, biometric, GPS and PABX system
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in windows operating system, MAC and other microsoft application
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent time management, issue management, and prioritization skills
• Can start work ASAP
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
