Roles and Responsibilities
- To assist Projects Team (PM and Heads of Projects) and be the key contact person in delivering the projects in a timely manner
- Coordinate activities of multiple teams and properly tracking each milestone
- Assist in building standard processes
- Recognize repeatable tasks and provide automation steps
Required Experience
- Prior experience in engaging stakeholders from different teams
- Good understanding and prior experience in using Organizational applications similar to Sharepoint, Asana Project Planner, MS Vision
- An actual desire to collaborate and coordinate with different people and be a key contact person for the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year course in IT
A Successful Candidate must have
- Must have above average English communication skills; both written and speech
- Good organizational skills
- An actual desire to collaborate and coordinate with different people and be a key contact person for the team
- Must be able to design business standards and processes derived from different inputs of stakeholders
Proficient with
- Sharepoint, Asana Project Planner, MS Vision
