Description:
» Responsible for managing and developing Information technology infrastructure related information tools and administrations.
» Responsible for effectively serving each Department's reporting tool requirements including business reports but not limited to other form of reporting tools such as excel add-ins.
» Resolves issues and service tickets involving errors in ERP, HRIS and other software related matters.
» Perform other task that maybe assign from time to time.
Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
» Fresh graduate or entry level with practice preferably in ERP/software
» Able to meet challenges and can handle stressful situations.
» Excellent team player with problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities
» Excellent communication expertise.
