Key Responsibilities:
Design, Outline, Map and Execute data collection methods for ease of use, standard application, quality utilization and efficient resource utilization and accurate/timely reporting as measured by KPI and customer voice.
Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality while interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
Highly capable of methods to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases so that reports are re-generable and methods are well documented for verification and validation for appropriate SOP and cross-training /hand-off to follow-on less technical users.
Prepare and conduct detailed analytical and logical presentations and reports for managerial level and executive level reporting as required.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for use in reporting, data cleansing, data migration, end user test acceptance, further creation of new data requirements and supporting the innovation of key process indicators and overall health of the supply chain measures.
The ability to Filter and "clean" data by reviewing automated reports, excel files, system level reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
Builds strong relationships with Corporate and Regional Supply Chain, Manufacturing and EH&S teams by offering pro-active guidance during Business Process Design and Mapping sessions
Creates & executes required test scenarios to ensure complete testing on all new & changed components
Coordinates with business stakeholders to understand & document business requirements related to the change needed and the end-user experience.
Qualifications:
6+ years of Proven working experience as a Business Process and Data Analyst
3+ years of Operational experience with/knowledge of quality systems, materials management, production, purchasing, distribution, EH&S reporting, manufacturing, logistics and/or planning.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of MS 365 Suite for analyzing datasets (Excel, Power BI, Visio, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Exceptional communication methods both written and verbal communication skills especially significant experience working remotely with customers of data and analytical products.
Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable & flexible
Preferred Qualifications:
Good experience working in SAP and other ERP systems.
Experience working in Custom Applications Process Design and System knowledge experience
Solid knowledge of Six Sigma, 6S, and other quality tools a plus.
Experience in a multi-system landscape for a global organization
Flexibility for minimal (
5%) Global and regional travel
