The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with either UI/UX, B2B, E-commerce, or CAMUNDA systems. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, gather data, and document business processes. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving complex processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective, meeting the needs of both business and technology teams. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively analyze and interpret complex data Knowledgeable and applied SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) Experience in business analysis, with a track record of delivering high-quality requirements documents Ability to gather and document business requirements Experience working with UI/UX, B2B, E-commerce, or CAMUNDA systems Understanding of information technology concepts and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Eagerness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field Experience in software development or project management is a plus Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
