Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills
Has at least 1 year of related work experience specifically in Project Management
Good oral and written communication skills
Experience in UI/UX is a plus
Experience in banking / finance is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
Undertake technical requirement capture activities to elicit requirements that accurately reflect the need of end users
Define a detailed list of scope of work to be done including developer provided work hours and estimated dates including detailed documentation (wireframes, diagrams, functional specifications) on each tasks of a project / release iteration
Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing IT solutions specifically on continuous improvements on software development delivery process.
Monitor progress of developers, coordinate with the management on latest statuses of assigned projects.
Build relationships with all other areas of the business to assist the communication of concepts, ideas business and technical information.
Salary Range: 20k-25k
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm/10am-7pm
Work location: Santolan Pasig
