Job Scope
 
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and operations. This role involves strategic planning, implementing and managing technology solutions, ensuring date security, and providing technical support to the organization.
 
Competency Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Excellent knowledge computer programming.
Proficient in network administration, system administration, and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of ERP specifically in SAP B1.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential problems.
Experience in managing IT projects from conception to completion.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or PMP and ISO 9001 is a plus.
