IT ASSISTANT
 
Branch Assignment: Corporate/IT Department
 
Main Function:
The IT Assistant is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Bank's information systems, computer networks, and equipment. The individual in this position will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Bank's systems and will assist in the maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software. The IT Assistant will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring data security and integrity, and providing training and support to staff as required.
Job Qualifications
Must have a college degree in Computer Engineering.
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are required.
Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Windows Operating System is necessary.
Knowledge of banking operations is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
Knowledge of Database Management (SQL Server) and Windows Operating Services is Required.
Willingness to work a graveyard shift schedule when necessary.
